I’ve created a meditation for you to listen to. To guide you through a visualisation of a future version of you. One you can use to help you visualise a future you, goal or dream in a year’s time.
Things you’ll need…
A comfy space where you can close your eyes and not be disturbed
A notebook and pen
An idea or dream for your chosen time period
The visualisation will take you to a vision of the dream or future you and work backwards to the present time, helping you see the steps towards achieving this dream.
There will be a series of questions helping you to reflect on your thoughts and feelings at the end. For this, you’ll need a notebook and pen and you might want to pause the audio after each question so you can write your answers down.
